Carlo Piscitello first ran World's Toughest Mudder in 2015. After a couple of years covering the race for The OCR Report Carlo will be back in the start chute with the rest of us. Carlo and Will share stories from days of WTM past and share the advice they wish they had known when they started running the race. Advice like:

  • Do NOT waste time in the pit
  • Don't try to do math once the race starts
  • Don't worry about other people's training regimens
  • The best way to do The Cliff/The Stacks
  • And much more.
