Heather Bode spent all day at the first ever daytime Toughest Mudder, at Toughest Mudder West in Sonoma, California.
We talk about the differences between a Toughest Mudder during the day and one at night. What parts were better? What parts were worse? If Heather had the power, would she make Toughest Mudder a day or a night event?
Before we talk with Heather we talk about the Toughest Mudder West winners and all of the Elite Contenders to come out of the weekend. There were plenty of familiar faces to those that follow the sport.
Two big announcements in this episode:
1) We are giving away five pair (pairs?) of Merrell Trail Running Shoes in our next five episodes. Text TOUGH to 228-28 to be entered to win.
2) With WTM less than a month away, Will is scaling way back on social media to focus on the podcast. He needs five to ten people to join his "World's Toughest Social Media Team" to get the word out about the podcast and about new episodes. If you're interested in doing some work for the show listen for the details and then email willhicks@gmail.com with Social Media in the subject line. In the body of the email write your name, email address, phone number, and links to your social media accounts. Good luck!
